OVERVIEW
Great Business, Invisible to Lenders
Eight years of steady revenue, loyal regulars — and every supply order paid from the owner's personal cards. To a bank, the business barely existed: no D&B file, no tradelines, personal guarantees on everything.
The Challenge
The owner needed a working-capital line for a second location. Applying as-is meant another personal guarantee at a high rate — or a denial that would stain the next application.
Our Approach
We established the D&B file and corrected entity listings, sequenced five reporting vendor accounts, cleaned two personal-credit drags affecting the owner's guarantee strength, then layered store revolving lines before approaching banks — softest pulls first.
